- We Japani Auto Parts subsidize the shipping cost for our customers.
We have chosen to always have a fixed shipping cost for each country in order to make it easy for you when calculating the total price of your order.
We work with UPS, DPD, DHL, USPS, Skynet and EMS for our European shipments.
We offer consumers and businesses a fixed price for shipping no matter the weight, size or number of parcels of the specific order. The fixed price varies from country to country.
We take about 14 to 28 business days to ship your order. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depend on product type and destination. More than half of our orders are shipped within 14 to 28 business days or less.
- Shipping Times
- All in stock items will ship out within 2-5 business days from when the order was placed. US orders typically take about 15-28 business days after processing to be delivered. However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

- Returns & Replacements
- Our return policy is 14 days from the date of receipt. Any qualifying order can request a refund within 14 days for any reason.
The following items do not qualify for returns or refunds:
1) Discounted/final sale items
2) Items missing original packaging and or tags
3) Items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error when ordering
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
